She is extremely personable through the entire MVP experience and she is the real reason I keep coming back to be a regular with her.

Super disappointed. Worst hair cut here I’ve ever had. Lined and ridges in hair. Stylist was rude when I said I didn’t ask for any off the top. I will never have her cut my hair again. I may stop going to this location completely. This hair is the definition of a bad hair cut. UPDATE, I went in the following day to have my cut corrected. Courtney had already read the review and was going to reach out to me regarding my experience. She turned bad experience into a pleasant one. They made everything right and fixed it. I was also offered my money which I did not take since a service was rendered and she made everything right. I am thankful for the service I was given and the acknowledgement of my displeasure. Humans are imperfect and mistakes do happen. I am grateful that this location is willing to ensure that customers are happy with what they get.
